Cleaning your house is probably the most boring thing you can choose to do with your time. But finally, a genius college student from Colombia has devised a system through which tiny robot fairies would clean your nasty ass abode for you while you keep chillin.
Adrian Perez Zapata's design incorporates "a spherical hive of tiny flying drones," DVice reports. "The hive itself is designed to function as both a charging station for the drones as well as a depository for your home's refuse."
You can even program the mini-drones to clean whenever you want, and if you're feeling sadistic, force them to go over the same spots again and again until they're completely drained. The system's name, Mab, incorporates a subtle Shakespeare reference, which makes it all the more pleasing to your typical nerd. It's currently just a concept, but hopefully soon it will become an idea, then a prototype, a beta model, and maybe one day, a thing you can buy at the store.
Until then, we'll just be letting our old socks pile up in the corner while we try to find the end of Twitter.
